Be charmed by this superb wooden house, bathed in light and opening onto a lush, green garden, nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac. Charmingly decorated, you're sure to love it. And best of all, it's just steps from the Gâvre lagoon.
Space
On the ground floor, the house features a bright living area that opens onto a wooden terrace and the garden. The garden provides an ideal setting for relaxing in the shade of the fruit trees. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals while chatting with family and friends. There is also a bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) and another with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a master suite with a queen-size bed (140x200 cm) and a shower and sink area is sure to please.

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Parking is available on the fenced property. The accommodation is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility.
